Cultural Centre “Sēlija”
The Cultural Centre “Sēlija” in Viesīte offers excellent facilities for hosting a wide range of events, including seminars, conferences, concerts, exhibitions, celebrations, and corporate functions. The centre is suitable for both small gatherings and large-scale events, with the flexibility to use multiple venues simultaneously.
With a combined capacity of up to 1,000 visitors, the centre is one of the largest and most versatile event venues in the Selonia region.

Viesīte Town Library
The Viesīte Town Library serves the residents of Viesīte and the surrounding area, as well as visitors to the town. For more than 30 years, the library has been located in the town centre within the Cultural Centre “Sēlija”, sharing its premises with the Viesīte Secondary School Library.
In addition to its collection of books and other information resources, the library provides visitors with free internet access, computer workstations, printing services, and document photocopying facilities.
The library offers a welcoming environment for reading, studying, research, and access to digital services.
